don’t know about the hazmat transfer

 

If you have "Texas hazmat only" and need "California hazmat only", then there will be test. Otherwise, AFAIK, hazmat is a driver license endorsement, which follows a driver wherever driver with that license goes, including outside of US. I feel for your loss.

 

I sure hope you don't get divorced in Cali, either.

 

You always have to retake the hazmat endorsement test no matter what state you go to. While its all federally based, the states add some thing that can be MORE strict that federal - good luck

 

I’ve never heard of this. I have HazMat which I took the test and did the background check in Commiefornia and never seen anything close to this said. Do you have a link ?
