    Kind of hard to tell by that 1 photo of the rear diff but it looks a lot like the SSHD axles mine had.

    On CP steering the face of the hub, what the wheel set against, was more centered between the inside & outer bearings, thus the protruding hub cap. I dont know that much about steering geometry but these seemed to steer easier than a standard hub such as the one on the 69 I had. I never saw CP steering til 1974. Im sure some others are more familiar with this than me.
