My ex never had a problem getting home on his home time. He would always start to freak out that he wasn't going to get home, but he always made it home on the day requested, even if it was later in the day.

When I was looking to join them they DID NOT pay for the XM service and not all of the trucks are equiped with a built in XM radio but the short time I was there I was treated with respect unlike the other large companies I have worked for I went to the Dallas Term and the people there are very nice don't know about the other terms they also had free laundry machines as well as wifi in the term the recuriter did not feed me crap just too get me over there if you want her name and number I will be more than happy to provide it too you

No Air Dump Valves on Drives. Driver pays for XM if Truck assigned to you has it.

How are things now the KLLM has gone totlly Refer. I hear some driver complain about refer work, and some say it's good. Has anything changed for the better or worse at KLLM? Thanks.

I was told that on the "Super Texas Regional Run" you can get home every 7 days they do not count the day you get home nor the day you return too work as part as your day off for example if you request too be home on Friday and you get back home at 7am on Friday morn then you don't have too be back too work till Sunday at what ever time you tell then your ready for a load Good Luck

KLLM is an above average company, many drivers have been here for years and years, many million mile and even 2 million mile drivers; It's not perfect, there is times when I get pissed off and start looking at other companies just to eventually get a hold of my self and ask, why? Miles are very good, pay is very good, specially for newbies, i was gonna be home late once and they swaped me out 3 times just to make sure I was made on time and the drivers I swapped out with were all kool about it! Just a few a weeks ago, they stopped hiring experience drivers, no available trucks and till today they are still very short handed. Some newbies are going home with pay till they can get them a truck.....

Well there's something you don't see very often at all. A large trucking company with more drivers than trucks. :biggrin_25521: :biggrin_2556:

I wonder when they'll be buying more trucks.
