I don't know why everyone thinks that's such a complicated load...It looks pretty straight forward to me.

####e--once again I was thinking the same thing. The ends make it "look" ugly. In reality, the body of the load is fairly uniform, with what appears to be decent blocking. Just because the ends are curved, doesn't make it that difficult to secure.

It's kind'a homely but...I'd haul it as long as the money was right.

I never had much luck with coveralls myself. Never seemed to have enough room in the arms area. The farmer or railroad bibs worked great tho. Course, I was climbing radio towers at that time.

Well, I was sorta joshing, but I've had pipe loads like that without blocking. That one has blocking holding the pipe and keeping it from sliding side to side and so on. You know how much of a pain in the arse the ones without dunnage are, that are "not allowed to rub together", and end up flexing and shifting til they are hanging over the edge of the rub rail.

    Remember?

Try Ben Davis coveralls. The legs are a little roomier than Dickies and make for easier on and off over boots. I like their workpants too; but I've been using their coveralls for about 5 years. Good Stuff!

Been going through orientation this week and so far everything American Trucker has said has been right on the money, everything has been great so far. I'm going to OKC tomorrow by myself, I'm the only company driver in this orientation.
