Not me: if you do a search (since I've been on here) I have tried to be as informative as I (someone that made a really stupid choice, and have learned my lesson) can on DUI questions, but after awhile you can tell the people that are too lazy to use the advanced search function on here pretty fast.

Since I'm the only one that used the term lazy: I'll just add that i can't apologize for telling the truth. Considering how "often" you post, you probably won't understand where I'm coming from.

    Found it

No not really. Don't care to much for the tanker yanking thing. Just wondering how people could be so picky about what they pull, when even finding a van job is not going to be easy.

not asking you to apologize.... but your assumption was a tad off also.... I had a suspension back in 2009 (from said dui) and read the "penalties" wrong... (i assumed that i couldnt drive EVER again)..... so i went back to school, THEN found out that it was just a year suspension, hence forth the 5 year absence.

i've seen people get FLAMED for airing out the terrible choice(s) they've made.... i learned a very valuable lesson with mine (havent taken a drink since, and really dont miss it! lol) but for obvious reasons wont go screaming it on here every chance i get. I've learned, and now just looking for a lil help pointing me in the right direction thats all sir.

A year suspension. But for most companies 5 to 7 years before a company won't throw your app into a waste basket.

I am glad you turned your life around, and are trying to help those who have found themselves in similar predicaments. So what's your plans get some tanker experience and then head for the oil fields or local?

Indian River might give you a shot. Food grade tanker outfit.

Thank you sir...........Looking at Schneider, (more than likely pulling a van) then apply to tanker companies in the bay area..... local first, but I surely wont rule out the texas oilfields, im just so skeptical about "all the hours" these guys are getting down there.

There are Cemex plants in berkeley and oakland, as well as central concrete supply in oakland and hayward, also look into Biagi brothers out in Napa, ive seen em pulling tankers, there are plenty of tanker companies in the bay area
