Compare the companies and narrow down the list, then start weighing pros cons based on what u want. Otr is otr, look at pay, home time, initial training, expectations. One of these companies should stick out as best for what you want.

To try to say that OTR is the same as every company is incredibly misleading. Some companies expect drivers to stay out a couple weeks at a time, where as some such as cargo and EPES usually have drivers home every weekend

That's why I put compare home time, pay, expectations. Otr is otr, there are issues with equipment, loads, etc at all of them.

A lot of people quit do to not having a good home time plan that works for them or they are just not prepared to be away as much as we are.

Have you tried Baltimore Tank Lines? I would see their truck everywhere up and down 95. Might be worth a shot.

Otherwise get in with a tanker starter company. Tanker is where the money is at. Schneider is probably the best bet.

Try them again.I know someone who just got a conditional offer from them three days ago. He goes to Houston for training in a couple weeks. Go on the website and look for OTR tanker jobs and re-apply.
