    Hi everyone,
my name is Jonathan and I have been working on getting my WIA grant to pay for my truck driving school. I have hit a road block with these interview questions they gave me. I figured this would be a great place to ask them. If any of you truckers on here could help it would be highly appreciated. I need to interview three employees in this industry. The following are the questions.

    Business you work for:

    Address:

    City:

    Your name:

    Phone:

    Job Title:

What do you do in a typical day?

What skills and personal characteristics do you need to do this job?

What is the rate of pay for entry level workers?

What are the chances of promotion?

What are the normal work hours?

What is the outlook for your work in this area?

    Is the industry growing?

What education, work experience or certificate is required for this job?

What are the most interesting aspects of your job?

What do you find satisfying about your job?

What would you like to change about your job?

What steps would you recommend to a person wanting to get into a job like yours or what are the basic experiences needed for you job?

What special advice would you give to a person entering this field?
