Need to calibrate a 1999 sterling odometer

I have on 06 Sterling with a Mercedes engine and I need to recalibrate the speedometer. I can find the tire rotations per mile thanks to one of the pdfs you posted above, but my mechanic can't figure out how his diagnostic software can adjust or reratio the electronic head (no dip switches) Any hints I can pass along to him. Thanks
