    I’ve read/heard that Flatbed pays better than dry van. But by how much more, typically? Is it only a difference of 2-3 cpm generally speaking? Or a lot more than that?

    Can't answer that, too general. Depends on what you're hauling and where.

    Most of the time. Any trailer you pull that you. The driver has to get out and do something like secure a load or cars or oversized loads will pay more
