Thats no joke. You really should look at some, heck any of these other companies before looking there. They are a last resort.drvrtech77 Thanks this.

Have you not read the posts on here about cr. England ? Have you not viewed or seen the cr. England posts on you tube ? If not please do more research about cr. England before you consider working for them! Especially if you are the breadwinner of the family! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
drvrtech77 and Dewey120 Thank this. -
i agree with you, im a graduate from Crengland but i wish i never did...everything was a joke and the training is tough but and it was risky at the same time because how the hell im a newbie in training you got me driving a big truck from dallas texas conway terminal to phoenix, arizona and my trainer was spleeping all day long and it was my second day in training. Don't go there and don't rush anything take your time do more research and hopefully you will come up with something better than crengland.drvrtech77, THEMEXICANBOY and futuretruckertx Thank this.

I would say go to your community college and take cdl course but if that's not a option I would recommend rohel over cr England anyday
drvrtech77 Thanks this. -
You say you won't lease??...well they'll either attempt to force you into lease or tell you that there's no company trucks and you'd have to wait several months for one. .Corporal_Clegg Thanks this.

All the "trainers" move team freight or you don't make any money. So its basically that scenario, "is the risk worth the reward?"

my wife and I survived ... you seem to know what you are getting into
it ain't fun though -
I wouldn't recommend it, unless England has a dedicated route you want, they will take people right off thier phase 2 and put them on dedicated.
Related to that i have shown like 10 drivers how to slide tandems, how can they complete phase 1 and 2 and still not know? If anything that is amazingly substandard training.
I work on the dedicated side, it isnt great but, at least i don't even carry chains or go to Slc, Burns Harbor, etc. And i do love my new Pete with the single bed, but yoi won't get that in the OTR division. There are much better training companies
