Man after 1 year of being a truck driver, you sure do seem like you have done it all.

I would prefer that tired driver nose in because it's safer. Not cuz it "looks terrible".

His pride? Doubtful. A tore up truck will hurt his pride.

I'm far from doing it all. It ain't no safer nosing in vs backing in compared to when you back out of your spot into the truckstop traffic lane.

Why would he have a tore up truck? Him backing or someone backing into him?

Yeah, this guy seems to know it all already. More of the herd mentality and insecureness I guess, too bad some of these malcontents can't spend more time learning the trade and being humble before being sorry worried about the way they look at a tramped out mega truck stop chain where there's not a whole lot of much good going on there anyways. Too many runkie dunkies out here!

Like I said, I don't know it all. Thanks for the complement though.

I worry about the way I look because I take pride in a job well done. I dress nice and take a shower every day. I'm the trucker in the truckstop with boots, wranglers, a button up dress shirt, and a cowboy hat. I take pride in my appearance and my trucks appearance.

Though please continue on telling me I know it all and how I don't wanna nose in I'm some "runkie dunkie" or something.

How do you figure? I can and have put my truck in places most drivers would never believe, just because someone noses into a spot means nothing.. I'm not out here to impress no one or prove anything to anyone.... F what everyone else thinks..

I'm not either, I say I care about my appearance not to impress anyone or anything like that, it's for me. How I think I look and how I think it looks when I do something. It's for me personally.
