Hey I don’t know if this is the right place to post but I got terminated for safety reason and checked my dac it’s clean and I checked my psp the accident I had was on the there and the tow away was on there. Do you think Sysco checks psp because I’m about to apply for them but think about not putting I worked for my ex employer. They take recent grads so imma act like I’m a recent grad which was about 6 months ago

You said in another thread you got on with TransAm. Just get your stuff together. Don't lie. You lie, you'll probably get canned.

While not legally required, most companies tend to check a drivers PSP report.
What is legally required is insurance, and if your name is attached to any claim it will show up in the clue database.

A company like Sysco will check everything. They most likely use a third party service like HireRight to search your complete history. They will check your PSP, Drug Clearing House, DAC report, criminal history and MVR. They may even hire you based on "pending references', once they come back you will most likely be terminated for a false application.

I’d fire someone if I hired them and found they lied to get the job.
If you’d lie to me, you’d steal from me, goes hand and hand steal then lie about it.
