    They have prisons?

I thought if you commit a traffic infraction the officer sentences you to life in the northern territories.

I know several guys that have gotten tickets in Canada, some of them never paid them, and from what I understand, they don't hassle them, they just can't go back to Canada.

A few years ago at the old southbound I-15 scales entering California I slowed, opened my window, and got my BOL ready to hand to the DOT officer. Instead she was inside the office, door closed, frantically waving at me to go right on through?

Then I noticed there were an awful lot of bees flying around...

...that's when I saw the bee hauler parked in the inspection area. Two guys in full gear and smokers were trying to calm the bees down as another worker in full gear was repairing a hole in the mesh tarp.

I don't know why they would mess with that, I have actually seen them hauled without the tarp.

I haven't. But perhaps there are states that don't require a tarp. Many a tarped load of bees have swarms of bees outside the hives, but inside the tarp.

Even with the tarp they get out at every stop. A friend stopped at my house in NM once with a load on, and my 3/4 groan pit bull kept poking his nose down to bees that were out and on the pavement, one finally stung her, she then started jumping up and smashing all of them she could. lol it was funny watching her. They will even get out when driving slow through red lights, he told me about a guy out in cali that honked at him at a red light, and rolled down his window, to tell him his bees were getting away, the guy had a hound that he said looked at the guy like roll the fricken window back up man. lol

A few weeks back there was a bee hauler at the Petro in Bordentown, NJ. He must have been taking a 10 hr break, there was bees everywhere! Finally a local cop came and made him move

Why, the bees don't bother anybody, but I guess the manager must have called them.
