Open car hauler hits tree limb.

    This happened right in front of me in Savannah today, bad thing is, there are signs that say "trucks use right lane", yet the trees are low and you better run the center lane to not hit them. (Might be a language warning.)

    Was that you on the cb? Little less southern accent and you could imitate me...

    Was kinda boring, no offence, but it did look like the car on top had its windshield cracked as you passed. Did you notice anything?

    A. Yes that was me.

    B. I think it was already wrecked, but this didn't help. The van in front of it may have been hit also, it wasn't a wreck, yet......
