Orientation in Charlotte.

    I have orientation set for next week in Charlotte. Looking forward to getting back on the road. I'm just a little worried about this Pre-Work Screen, hope all goes well for me. Anyone has any comments on the pre-work screen....

    breath normally WHILE you preform the tasks. No caffeine that morning either. BP checked before and heart rate checked all through out.

    Due to excessive heart rate. They didnt breathe normally or slowly. To hold your breath is to increase bp and heart rate. You should be able to see the video of it on the schneiderjobs site. Simple stuff, simulating what we go through. No sweat. Jusg relax and breathe!!!
