OTR drivers needed in FL, NC, SC or GA

By Means Of Transport LLC is looking to expand their small family operated transportation company!

Looking for 2 OTR drivers to join our team as well as lease on owner operators.

Guarantee gross $1800 a week, $93,000 gross yearly.
W2 employee, with healthcare benefits after 90 days
401k with company matching after 90 days
Bonuses for inspections and quarterly if no incidents.
2 weeks paid vacation


Average weekly runs 2,700 to 3,500 miles a week
Dry van trailers
Trucks are 2018 and 2019 Freightliner Cascadia trucks that are equipped with fridge, microwave and inverter.

Home time are negotiable, with a minimum of 6 days, 2 days home. May not always be on a weekend
Keep Truckin ELDs in all trucks
Dispatching to your preferences. If you like to run hard, we will keep you busy! If you prefer staying regional, we will work with you to stay closer to home!

Lease on Drivers
1099
Percentage based or weekly flat rate
All rate confirmation send to driver in original format, no changing rate confirmation.


You must be at least 21 years of age
You must have a Class A CDL with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable Commercial driving experience
Must be able to read and write English
Must have current medical card
Must have a smart phone to be able to take pictures and email BOLs.
You cannot have any suspensions of your license for more than 30 days within the last 3 years, no more than 2 moving violations
No DUI, OWI, or DWI within the past 10 years
You must have no record of refusal to take a drug or alcohol test.
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
