What about having the LEO write a warning ticket for the trespassing charge. Keep it with the log book, so that you can prove why you were forced to move??? IDK, we run into this at the big mills too, they don't want you there if your not there for their purposes.

Just move to the nearest location where you can park...Like we have been doing for years. I rarely get to places where I can't find a place nearby to park and sleep if I need to.

Not easy to do when the qualcomm tracks the movement.

Well...Gee, Golly, Gosh! I guess you're just stuck! What's a driver to do???? You can't stay at the shipper 'cause they don't want you there. You can't go anywhere 'cause you're scared that the electronic "rat" in you truck will tell on you.

Can't call the U.S.Marshalls to come save you! What a quandry we find ourselves in...

    Maybe...You should just kill yourself...

Seriously driver, If you can't figure out a solution perhaps you should look into another line of work.

You need to understand that some companies are different than others.

I do not have a problem with it. I run loose leaf.

But when the electronics come on board, life will change.

Well in that case tell them since they took so long you can't leave for 2 more hours finish an 8 in the sleeper drive to the nearest spot to take your next 2 hours for your break and then have at it with almost a full fresh clock.

how about if you know its false...show a link to the law showing this? would be like saying "there really are two moons"...you arent going to believe it till you actually see proof. So in order to argue your side, how about getting some fact instead of just saying "isnt true".

I know that eventually my luck would run out, but how about maybe being extra careful when pulling out of the S or R location? Know exactly where the nearest parking spot is....and then get there. If they threaten you with police action, let them come out, get a signature, printed name, etc...AND A BADGE NUMBER. It wont keep you from shouldering some of the blame if you get in a wreck, but if you get pulled around back of a scale and they check your books, they might be less likely to issue you a ticket. They'd sure as heck place you OoS, but hey, you got a parking spot now.

Not if they tell you to move it now.
