Looking at possibly booking an over size to the keys. 12' wide. Anyone done any over size beyond Miami? Any issues on the bridges to the keys? Trying to look up info,.. I recall reading somewhere that beyond Florida City,.. anything over 10ft or something like that must be done at night. Trying to find out if I'm going to need escorts for this or not. Hurst
We all have those moments They might have a bunch of questions about where when how heavy etc But they would have the info and maybe even police escort not sure Plus even certain days for travel
Over 10' after 10 pm only with police escort at Jct 1&997 south. Best Western lost there truck parking. the weght are less. Our 329's could not come out on 7 axles.
I'm going to stick with simple O/S loads. I though the money would be good but making calls back and forth with a broker who at the last minute reveals that the load is also in fact 13' tall by itself,. which would end up being over 16' tall on my deck was a deal breaker for me. Peelot to Big Pine 997&1 is a 3hr trip with no traffic & no load. I dont think they will let you put that on step deck. How far south did go.The things I move was for the new sewer sys as far south to the 17 mm by the Sugarloaf lodge.
