    Some states you can permit up to 50000 per tandem some you cant. Do you have the extra weight on your registration ? Do you know your empty weight? Do you know your trailers concentrated load rating? I could go on and on. Get the picture!

    if he is confused, he shouldn't try to max out a specialized trailer, and stick with an 80000k GVW.

    Your tires on that vehicle. There should be a gross max weight rating on each tire. At some point your weight overall should fall within your tires weight capaicyt. With that said, how are you two steers doing>
