Well technically my husband got the ticket but I picked it up, but yes it wont even show up on an MVR report. I'm just glad they towed us 130 miles to terminal and we didnt have to sit at scale house shut down like the other 4 trucks. We are almost home now.

Why did you have to get towed for #900 over?

9000 over on trailer tandem, over gross 1040?

You have no room to slide any weight anywhere with that 81040 pound truck.

    I understand.

I usually CAT my loads after loading first thing.

    Here is another idea.

If you know your perfect 34 on drives you can put a magic marker mark on the exact point where your air suspension needle in PSI (Close to 48 or so I think, It's been a while) will be loaded legal at that point. If you were say 62 pounds on the bags then you know you are way over on the drive.

lol, I kinda like it because 9 outta 10 drivers will still be at the scale with a sourpuss look on their faces because nobody has heir back,, Trying to figure out how to pay the fine and move cargo around or unload some of it.

I bet you guys felt like Rockstars getting paid for everything ,And getting towed off those stressful, frightening state weigh stations....

Bet the other 4 trucks back there with you were calling you names and throwing temper tantrums in their trucks..

THATS how you take care of your employees,Assuming it wasn't your fault.
