Don't really agree with that. I know many O/O's that neglect their equipment due to being squeezed financially.

 

You are entitled to your opinion. But, not many owner operators have governors on their truck because their insurance carrier is worried. They do not have automatic shutdowns to keep them from running the truck as well.

You will find bad ones too, but I did state MOST LIKELY.

 

Still common medic. I personally book my loads with time to spare, just so I don't have to rush.
