From time to time the VA makes me drug test. Not as much today as they did before Covid. I don't know how a possible THC positive would affect my medications. So for now I am not going to put THC into my body!

CBD is legal in a CMV with 0.3% thc being the threshold. Delta-8 is synthesized from cbd and hemp and also legal. Also legal on the federal level.
Like CBD, a failed drug test from being a user is not an acceptable excuse. You fail, you lose..welcome to the SAP program :)

Problem the OP has is that it’s not legal in all 50 states.. and some have it regulated.

Personally, I’d find myself a chic that didn’t need drugs to get through the day :)

When it comes to THC generally the DEA and the FTC generally have stopped bothering with THC enforcement. So my comment is only really highly technical. First, this comes from a case decided by the US 9th Circuit AK Futures v Boyd Street Distro. I can't find any information about any further appeals to the SCOTUS. This means based on my information that Delta-8 is only legal in binding by Federal Case Law in the states that make up the 9th Circuit. Then only guiding the rest of the country. Even then only if it does not exceed 3%.

My Attorney and I have discussed this several times. His advice for truckers is to keep that **** out of their trucks don't chance a dirty drug screen by using it. Because just as sure as I am positive the Sun will rise in the East tomorrow sooner or later a driver is going to run into----

    Neither produc
Neither products are considered a schedule 1 drug. That’s basically all I intended to imply.

IMO, although legal only a moron would use these products thinking that they will pass a drug screen.

My cousin suffers from Chrohns (sp?) And some other gut health issues which led to his retiring from the AF after 18 years. He's found alternative medications to be better for his condition, when not having flare-ups. They have however denied him medications because of THC positive drug screens in the past. I'm not sure if this is down to the doctors, the location, or the federal policy, but his current clinic is in Austin.

I do not use it. My fiancé uses it! I am randomly hair follicle tested at my job. My question was will I get in trouble if she has a delta-8 pen with her while riding with me

I agree whole heartedly I do not use it. My fiancé does. Before she moved to my state she had a med card for actual marijuana. Living with me she can only use delta products.

That’s just an ignorant comment and unnecessary to the conversation. It was a general question on if SHE can have it. I did not ask for relationship advice.

I’d get her in a drug rehab program. Drugs are bad..
