DAY 11 07/05 Head out early so I can get up to Indy....find an empty early and get my next and last load for the week Indy - Moorseville IN - Spring Valley IL MT Miles: 17 Ld Miles: 241 Total Miles: 258 Total for Week: 2,221 Not too bad a week considering the holiday and such....should also get some nice extra pay from the Staples load...around $200-$250 I think. Heavy load out of Mooresville, stop in Champaign for the night and meet the wife for dinner...arrive at Champaign with around 10 minutes left on the clock!! Miles driven today: 566
DAY 12 07/06 Another long day today! Drop at Spring Valley Wally DC nice and early Next load: Spring Valley IL - Clinton IA - Green Bay WI MT Miles: 83 Ld miles: 273 Tot Miles: 356 Tot for week: 356 Finally make it over the Mississippi...although only just!!!! Been wondering if I am regional or national....but mostly been dodging around the midwest because of the holidays I would say! Get loaded and head as far as I can making it all the way to the Green Bay terminal. A lovely BIG parking lot....nut unfortunately no facilities for the drivers after a certain time...they lock this one up. Miles driven today: 539
I doubt it.. probably busy and has forgotten about this thread...beginners mistake with elogs.. come cloe a couple of times myself..
And many start a blog with good intention to keep up with it. Then they find that a 10-hour break is really just time to jam down some pizza and sleep. So...blogging dies of malnutrition.
chowick1966 started 13 threads and tracked his movements through several companies, including Crete before Gordon. Something's happened here... neither a cheerleader/recruiter in his posts, nor a whiner. It's disappointing not to hear further from him.
