How much difference does Schneider and landstar pay per load on average and is the money you can make at both places about the same for owner operators? Thanks

Can you make about the same money either with Landstar or Schneider as an owner operator?

I've never done it at Schneider so I cannot objectively answer that.

    Schiender?

I only met a couple owners with them and they were asking me how well I did at landstar.

Probably the same since they both drive old white Columbias wobbling in the slow lane.

I’ve done both, and without going into a lot of detail, my experience is rates are better at landstar.... alot more opportunity at landstar by far......

Just curious if you are pulling flat or box with landstar? Flat should be .35 mile more so are we comparing apples to apples? Im going to pull the trigger with one of these companies so i can pick my loads

There is successful owner ops with both companies.. Choose the one that fits what ur looking for ... What works for one may not work for another.
