My driver will be starting with SNI IC out of Ontario, Canada in 2 weeks. Any tips and tricks to make good money and not have crazy deadhead/waiting?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to working with SNI.

Schneider told me a couple months ago they weren't allow fleets on here anymore.
Gezzz story changes all the time.

Anyway nobody here runs out of Canada so can't help you there.
All i can say is study study study.
Might I ask what was that process like to get a fleet driver on here? Your own truck I'm guessing right?

Filled out an application, then some other papers. 1 hour interview with recruiter. Now I have to give them my trucks papers... I purchased their used Columbia Glider. Luckily, there are very few gliders in Ontario and I managed to purchase one. Next week will be a 4 day orientation at their ontario terminal.

Now some questions for you, this might be very newbie. By drop/hook, they mean drop and hook other trailer from the same yard?

    What are relay loads?

Good areas to find A LOT of loads.

And what is the average rate/mile.
Lucky for us, the strength of USD will almost cover schneider's cut.

Relay is taking over a load someone else picked up and brought it part way to the destination .... You finish off the miles and delivery.....
