Sometimes you can play connect the dots (short loads) to get you out at a good rate but it's not easy.
There's always money going back east once you leave tho.

Quite the opposite actually.....Wonder why they don't set those DUI checkpoints up after a major sporting event, hmmmm? Research has shown regular patrols are more successful anyway.

As far as answering questions, why if you've not been suspected of a crime, these are fishing trips, plain and simple. It makes it appear that we actually protect out borders when we all know that's a farce as well.

The government needs sheep....head off with the flock if you wish, I would rather stand my ground as provided by the Constitution.

You see what standing his ground his way got him.

Why not stand your ground in a way that matters not a way that does absolutely nothing to change the laws.

I was a LEO and the Checkpoints are highly successful in a short amount of time to remove drunks from the road. As for after sporting events I can't answer from experience because all we had were High school games but I will say enforcing the law is never about doing what is convenient it's about doing what's effective.

If this person or group wants to effect change that matters where's the videos trying to make the change not just instigate reaction.

He didn't even know the 4th amendment. He knew it was about searches and seizures bit somehow thought he had been seized.

If your going to fight the system you have to learn how to beat it as it is and the make the changes.

Whether we like it or not this is a country of laws (even if I agree with you it's to restrictive) and one sure way to lose is to fight with the officer just doing his job. He doesn't make the laws he just enforces them and I'm sure without a doubt you've uttered the words" where's a cop when you need one" well he's busy dealing with Jacktards like the ### clown in the video.

Where did a DUI check point discussion come from? The video is at the border patrol station north bound out of Laredo, and wether or not the f'tard in the video had been drinking was never even an issue.

Any one that thinks border patrol officers asking wether or not you're a U.S. citizen is some how violating their rights is a complete and total moron.

I doubt all these tards claiming their rights are being violated even know where those rights come from. They probably think they were granted by the U.S. Constitution.

It came from someone who called my statement out.......

But it's not a valid argument for him or her either way.

I used it as ANOTHER example of silly checkpoints....whether they're border stops or DUI or seat belt. So this guy is an idiot according to you guys.....what's next, coming door-to-door asking questions? Same difference is it not? Police are here to serve and protect, not chase revenue or invade our privacy when no law has been broken or even suspected of being broken. Your mindset will only help to usher in more gestapo tactics by the almighty police...me, I'm not bending over because some cop or border patrol wants me to answer questions he has no right to receive an answer. Check out YouTube and see the movement against these tactics....it's gaining ground.
