Where so cheap that the solos wouldn't take them?

They are high service/high value loads.
One driver has to be awake with the truck at all times etc.

Did they compensate you the extra miles you had to drive to relay that load with no delivery apppintment and for the shipper that didn't have a load?

Schneider randomly DOES put some solo loads on the team board.
Sometimes they are cheap, sometimes they are okay.
One example is one weekend in a Chicagoland Schneider made another one of those fairy tale appointments. That time was open window pick up all weekend, got there and they were closed and gates chained up lmao. No loads within 250 miles night and Sunday. Sunday morning they threw up a Menards loads going 300 miles so we took it. That is one of such solo loads that put on the team board.
Part of the reason i think they do it is there is soo few team loads they randomly will throw some solos up sometimes.

So few team loads yet they sent out a company msg on qualcomm saying thru 12/23 they'll pay solo drivers 500 bonus to team with 3000 mile nonstop loads or such.

Wonder why they don't just put that freight up for choice?

I figure they're looking to pad the bottom line for them selves not for the employee choice drivers.
