Haven't seen rates increase either. Seem to be lower if anything.

I've seen freight volume go up a little in one market I run, but rates have not budged.

I doubt they'll go up with any significance.
This is what Schneider has been working towards for awhile, now that they've got a large portion that doesn't understand that they're running for rates they shouldn't be and stuck in a 2 or 3 yr contract.
And understand that most either can't save enough to cover the switch to another carrier or won't take the initiative to do so.

Its really a shame too. Schneider could have hand picked an actual Elite Fleet that really cared about the service they provided which would of enabled them to keep and secure more lucrative contracts.

I don't think it is in their nature. They may just have too large of a customer base to get into details like that.

Diving in front of a car or truck and hoping the driver stops before killing you seems a little risky.

Well.......i just got a call from schneider recruiting from an app I filled out overa year ago. Evidently they're allowing outside trucks again. I asked if they still had the 2010 restriction and they do. I said thanks but I'll pass, plus with the mandatory cms coming down the road I'm not interested. I'm not the first person to tell her that. LOL
