Northwest Arkansas, we had several loads each week going to University Park, IL, and down to Fairburn, GA. Usually multiple loads each day. These just suddenly disappeared at the beginning of the year. Glad/Clorox loads. Wondering if they went to company trucks, or if we just lost the account.

No big loss in terms of rates, because the rates were horrid, but those loads disappearing made the rest of the loads leaving the house harder to get ahold of.

The rate makes a run good or bad, not the location. I hate nyc. But when its 3.50 a mile from the Midwest I'm headed to nyc.

They are handing out raises like candy on the company side. I think I know where all the good loads are going:D

Even years ago you couldn't see all the loads.
But in orientation when they say ' dispatchers and planning see all the loads on the board' . I think that gets misinterpreted and many people get the impression that what's on the board is all the loads.

When I went thru which was when the program started we could see everything but dedicated. It was the same board that the planners and dispatch picked from. We were even told to pick freight prior to 1400 because that's when they start snagging loads.
