I am thinking of leasing on to Schneider.
At first the annual road test and quarterly inspections sounded like a hassle.
But it sounds like the pro’s outweigh the con’s and many IC’s are content here.
    how about it?

I've never actually leased on to Schneider, but I was seriously considering it until I heard about their "no headset" policy. That's too intrusive for my taste. The whole point of finding a new carrier is to find one that gives me more freedom than my current contract, and policies like that are enough to scare me away.

I'm now leaning towards ATS as a possible next step after my current contract is up in December. Not only have I heard great things about them, but I think flatbedding may be a bit better for my health than door swinging in the long run.

    Thanks.
I have to decide between Schneider and Landstar. Of course I have been invited to Schneider but still waiting to be by LandStar. Also is the Fuel discount at Love’s for Schneider, only 5¢ off cash price?

    Moving Forward Thanks this.

You guys are basing business decisions based on head set policy? You should see what they do with that piece of 2 foot plastic tube.

    EzekelRAGE and Opus Thank this.
