Which... $4000-$5000 all the way up to $6500 with all the maintenance perks you guys get at Schneider really isn't bad. It's quite good, actually.

Fuel discount was a joke and there really were no maintenance discounts when I was there. Maybe it's changed now.

It was pretty easy to do $4k a week at Schneider but because of where I live I had to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time. Now I gross $4200 a week and I'm home every day and off on the weekends.

Never used any maintenance or tires through them. I always thought I did better and got better service using my own local people when I could.
As far as the fuel discount goes, perhaps @RStewart is concerned, it's pathetic, but on a regular 5-7 day week, it will cover my plates and insurance.
    Currently it's. 36. Last 2 weeks it was .42.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're not passing all of their discounts along to me, but I'm not unhappy with it.

The maintenance program for O/O used to be awesome back in the early 2000's. Just drop your truck off at an OC and they'll call you when its done. Great discounts too!! Lawrence is Charlotte was the best!!!

Their fuel discount may have gotten better since I left. Idk... But I do know that when I left and went to Mercer m my average fuel discount almost doubled.

Schneider is (again) on my last nerve.

Been out two weeks. Three load “cancellations”, one “rescheduled that we (SNI) weren’t notified of)”, and a generally increasing level of incompetence from several departments. Oh, and they’ll be a week late paying me detention for a ten hour wait last week at a shipper.

I’m taking next week off, and am going to at least speak to Landstar. SNI has lost my trust in a nutshell.
