    Sure in theory but those loads aren't always there. This is Florida.. They don't produce anything here besides oranges and old people lol.
    There's more loads out of Colorado than a Florida which is a scary fact.

    That was an unwritten policy. I asked for that policy in writing and they couldn't provide it. They can't legally tell you that you HAVE TO pull a load out of Florida or from anywhere for that matter. That was one reason for the change in the operating agreement.
