So you want this to be a regulated industry? Thanks but no thanks. I like the ability to haul whatever load i want and not be restricted to specific products in specific lanes. And I certainly don't want to go back to the days of trip leasing due to ridiculous regulations.

They don't fight for me. Nearly every battle they take on had zero bearing on my person at best, at worse it would negatively effect me if they won.

Not really. Once you buy a truck you will understand. Assuming of course you learn to operate like a business owner instead of a truck driver. Which, I think you will. At least that's the impression I get.

If a company is selling you a product how can said company also be looking out for YOUR best interests. That goes against capitalism.

Get real driver. If you were a broker and could take that big of a cut, you'd do the same #### thing. As long as trucks keep moving it, rates will stay low. Either survive as it is or get out. That's how a free enterprise system works.

OK Mr Learner, it's time for you to make your recommendation as to how the Industry should work, I personally come from a long business career and I have been impressed with FW's realistic view of the industry.

You talk down OIDA, and brokers and the current industry structure so please make recommendations as to what would be better and let's all discuss that.
