    I never thought of that. Think your right. I have noticed since the load sort issues came up the loads I would have to fight for at least stay on the board ten min. Before it was literally 10 seconds and they were gone. It has been better the past two or three weeks. Makes me wonder.

    freightwipper Thanks this.

    Too many IC's (and still hiring) and too few available loads.

    My question is you guys get a fuel discount at pilot/fling j, but don't you get the fuel surcharge on top that?

    Excuse me for asking, I'm still relatively new to this lol, went to TTDS there in Alcoa TN last year and I've been looking into all the owner op programs I can find to see what's best out there, stumbled across the schneider website by accident the other day and had questions I couldn't very well ask a recruiter that'll blow smoke up your rear end with a feathered flute

    Discount at the pump(savings per gallon) is totally different than FSC.
    The FSC is worked into the loaded rate we see on the loadboard.

    Get some more experience before taking the plunge.
    Don't be in a hurry to possibly put yourself in debt.
    You have ALOT to learn..Crawl--->Walk--->Run.
    Take your time and learn the basics..trucking isn't going anywhere.
