    That's pretty good.
If I knew I could run that lane everyday back and forth for $1.75 I'd drop choice and do it.

I am sure that rig is tricked but 120 sleeper on a new NON Glidger Chassis is around 245k and that's pretty loaded up. Just sayin...

I bought a used Schnieder glider and here's my observations about the stripped down truck:
-trolley brake is not a big deal, I rarely used it much when I had one anyways
-def getting a dump valve installed. Dealer said it's isn't an involved installation
-getting an APU installed asap. Fuel is fairly cheap now but I still hate burning 10+ gallons a night

Otherwise the truck is great. If you do get a glider, be prepared to spend a couple grand on new fluids, balancing tires, alignment, shocks, etc. Put around 10k miles so far and not even a hiccup, knocking on wood!

If you live near Chicago, you can hit 4k gross and be home weekends. You really have to bust it out. I'm pretty new yet, but I shoot for 800 a day. It involves lots of short hops and occasional longer runs. Takes a lot of planning and logistics, but it's working for me so far. I live in NE Iowa/SW wis area.

I always use the trolley during my pre trips...hang my clipboard on it to check my brake lights lol. Other than that and tug test, I don't use mine either, but still like having it there. I completely agree on the APU...last company truck I had I had no APU/EPU and had to idle for AC...sucked down fuel like crazy, and that was a 13 litre Maxxforce
