possible names for a trucking company

Think about using the word transit instead of trucking will set you aside from the rest-

 

So use transit rather than trucking, transport, logistics?

Just Another Trucking Company .....JATC for short .

 

Don't use logistics at all, a lot of brokers look at you weird if you do. Plus when I started my brokerage I had to name it ***** Freight as I already used ****** logistics for my trucking company. At this point I wouldn't even bother with a dba, keep everything simple in your name.

I don't like "express", "reliable", "on time every time", or anything like that. Nothing wrong with setting your bar high but that can back fire on you too.. As with the name or, statement; On Time, Every Time... Really? Every time? BTW, the name on the side of my truck is _______ Reliable Express Inc. I feel the first name and Inc would suffice, I too believe in KISS

Make sure you use the word "Global"....throw in "Logistics"....and maybe "Enterprise"...even "Conglomerate" wouldn't hurt.

Everyone would understand that name. haha.
I have been down the whole business road. I started as a sole proprietor, changed to an LLC. I got bigger more trucks and employees, started another company and incorporated. Now I am back to square one no employees and the Lawyer says convert to a "S" corp.
Never did a separate DBA I always did business with the same name as the operating business.
