At the risk of causing a ****storm. I’m tired of low interest rates.

I support Trump. But I’m a HUGE supporter of higher interest rates. But that won’t happen again in my lifetime. Jack those rates up to where they were in the late 70’s. You’ll see a lot of people think twice before they persue a Masters Degree in Buffalo Farts.

Thank you make sence with the upswing talk.
If I get in now and manage the bad then when it gets good I'll stick my hand up truckings arse and work it like a puppet.
Nothing is perfect you have to take the good with the bad.

I thought about shutting my entire operation down early in 15 since it was all paid off at the time. However I decided to tough 15 and 16 out and still grow the business and when 17 an 18 hit then it was full afterburners instead of trying to get back going. Also learned a lot in those two years.

I don’t suggest getting deep into debt. The bussiness doesn’t provide enough revenue. Also too easy to get trapped. Having the option to get out for whatever reason is important.Doing so without causing financial havoc. As far as recession it’s coming always does. When? How long? No one knows. U of M releases an report quarterly and 2 quarters of contraction is considered the official definition of a recession. Problem is once report comes out the recession is already on.Ive been in recession mode since 1999. Aside from 2004 and 2017 it’s been mediocre at best. Budget for the worse, no telling what the future holds.Rely on Yourself others will disappoint You especially in a recession
