    Did some window shopping on the local C-list and saw a mini excavator like that for sale.

    You're right, I'd rather buy a few shovels and hire some help. Have some beer money left over that way.

    Yeah, I've thought long and hard about a mini-ex. Something around a 20k lbs machine. Something small enough to get around, but large enough to actually be useful. I just can't justify it. I am really considering a mini telehandler. They are just super handy. Something like this. They have a 3rd function hydraulic function. Maybe this upcoming year.
