80’ beams to NJ

 

I finished this 4 stopper yesterday, to much rain for last load pics. Managed to get back home by noon though !!!

 

You'll have to excuse my eyesight. I've got a cataract issue to deal with. But are those cinder tiles under the front of the beams and what are they resting on?

 

Those are just risers(steel tubing and timbers) to raise those beams. You’ll notice the ends of those beams have to clear the air line and whatever else. @booley will clear it up

 

I’m the lucky guy who gets all the little pieces that tie the long beams together (called diaphragms)
Those are just channels. Sometimes they’re beams, sometimes channel.
Oh and they’re resting on railroad ties…

 

AKA. Dunnage I don’t want !!! Have enough already

 

Yes sir, I saw the channels resting on the ties. What has me puzzled is at the very front of the channel. They look like cinder tiles just hanging there, but it may be just an optical illusion. With me, there is no telling.

 

Never mind. I see it now. Sorry to be such a pain, but it was driving me nuts.
