image.jpg Spent weekend at company yard, loaded this 350 Saturday, then walked to the bar with a buddy and got some dinner and adult beverages, same thing Sunday afternoon. Oil change on apu this morning, grease truck and trailer and heading to Fort Worth.

Just got my 16' wide on and ready to roll. Thought I would catch a couple quick pictures and got a perfect red moon rising in one shot. Sorry for the light reflections from inside the lens, forgot which filter I had on that one.

Blade was only supposed to be 12'3" wide. It turned out to be 13'6" so I had to wait 2 hours for a pilot to get there. Anything over 12'6" on 2 lane roads here require a pilot car in front. Made it to the delivery 15 minutes before sundown.

Well Carl (@passingthru69 ) hauls the real stuff, I'm just pretending. As for the light noise, that's the problem with long exposure night shots, you don't see that setting up the shots or looking at them on a 3" screen but at least you don't have to wait till the film gets developed to realize you just took 24 bad pictures. If it were something important I would have deleted them and put the correct filter('s) on an retaken but it's not a big deal when just goofing around with the camera.

Don't you just love it when that happens. Reminds me of not long ago getting a first load ready to roll and measuring what was supposed to be 15' 11" and finding out its 16' 1". Loading crew was like "close enough", boss was like "that'll be another $15,000.00 per load" and "we'll be here another week waiting on all new permits". Tooling guys were there 30 minutes later fixing it.

I looked at the CAT site and the Ritchie site and both of them said 12'3" so I figured we were good to go. I was going to pick up a 980 but the other truck loaded that and was gone before I got there.

Maybe not intentional, but I think the shots looked cool with the noise.

    Beautiful truck.

A while back I went to look at a burgundy 2001 similar to yours, but sadly its condition was not worth but what the owner was asking. Cosmetically it was a disaster.
