I never pulled a closed tandem before. Definitely backs different. Had me looking like an amateur the first time lol

So here's one for the peanut gallery:
I specced and ordered 2 new stepdecks; today the salesman called me and says the manufacturer won't add anymore lights across the back ( my request was "as many 4" LEDs as will fit across the back" than their stock-
I'm not impressed with that answer. Salesman says he'll give me as many extra lights as I want n I can cut them in.
I don't like speccing and ordering something new only to have my choices chiseled.
Good friend said tell them to F.O. And cancel the order. Already had me waiting almost 2 months, n are talking mid December delivery..
Bet I could cancel it and get 1 Mac how I want it.. Keep one of my current steps..

Idk. Just annoyed at that ####. I didn't order some crazy extras.

Transcraft- I have pulled their flats in the past and wasn't impressed. Couple guys I know have newer ones n are pleased. Dealer nearby where I ordered it carries Transcraft and Mac. I don't have the confidence to pay cash for 2 high spec Mac steps. Going into winter. Combos I can without stressing so I chose the combos.

I'm with you on not tarping hay. I have yet to find a load of hay that I thought paid decent, it's usually a last resort, get me to a better area kind of load.

I have an East aluminum 48. Its a great trailer. I added a lift axle to the front, now it turns like a battle ship. Lol

i never got to buy a MAC but almost did. Real nice trailers. Only thing bad i ever hear about a MAC..."you cant break a mac, but the price of a mac can break you. Lol.

I totally understand what your saying about going into winter and buying stuff. Hell who knows whats gonna happen after nov. 8th, come on.

Love the milk truck in the background, don't see many straight trucks around here anymore.

    Exactly.

The load I just posted was a last resort,.. sit and wait,.. or GTFO and be somewhere I want to be at.

Before that load,.. its been probably 1.5 yrs since my last load of hay.

You got that right. I called on a couple of trucks I am interested in,.. my wife made that same comment. I thought,.. jeez,. are we really that close to winter? Seems this summer just flew by. I'll wait till next spring before I do any major spending.

And I know we are not supposed to talk politics here,.. but I just cant believe this election. I have never felt so uneasy about our candidates. Neither will be good for America.
