The best weapon you have in there is your mouth and respect. Most of those older guys probably have less problems with inmates then us young bucks who think we're invisible with all our equipment and attitudes.

I'm not a fighter and probably would loose quickly one on one. But the inmates didn't know that. There was one inmate maybe 6'5" and 300 plus pounds of solid muscle. I just out right told him if we ever had to go at it he was Gunna die. I wouldn't even try to restrain him, he'd just get a fire extinguisher or brick to the head. Never had a problem with him and he'd allways cuff up for me when he was refusing for others. Just cause I respected his strength and was honest with him. In reality he could snap me like a twig.

I tried both, just not on the right tracks. Ran the fat tires on a hard track and skinnys on a soft. Didn't work well. I did it more just to be different

Sometimes people need to hear that "If we have to fight: it ain't gonna be a fight" to realize where you're coming from.

When I was in prison: people want to test to see if you're sweet/determine if you are predator or prey.
    I ain't sweet.

Today we were the ushers at church, now we are waiting on one kidlet to finish a school assignment before we go to the carousel museum! Then off to The East Side Restaraunt in New Britain: that's the place some of y'all remember as the place with the liter steins of beer and tons of German food- woohoo!

That sounds fun. One of the threshing shows up here has a steam powered carousel. They have a shop connected to it where they restore the wood horses and such. Its really neat.

When I was walking with our crew on the first day (all of them 20-30 years older than me)one of them asked me if I remembered the kids movies where the young fawn was playing just out of sight of the older deer. And how the wolves got to the fawn before the adults could save him. Thanks jerk.

At 17 I didn't feel very brave haha

Stealing another page outta MJs book. I bought 4 chains on Friday to use as tail chains. Paid $10 for the box, made my own dividers. It's a work in progress, but it fits perfectly on the passenger side.

    Maybe you did this???
    not sure,
But when you make your dividers,
If you cut 2 panels and in those cut a slot halfway up one panel, and halfway down the other panel. So they will "key" together, they will keep themselves upright and straight, without relying, solely on your fasteners.
Not sure if that makes sense or not?
    And I have no pictures!
Also if you run a slip hook on one end that will hang on your divider nicely so you can quickly grab only one chain.
