Preventable accident as a student. Am I unhireable right now?

    Yes you are and going to a smaller company will not solve your problem with other companies your DAC stays with you forever and everything shows up even when you go to the bathroom.....:biggrin_2551:

    You are 100% incorrect. Anything on DAC falls off after 7 years. Call them yourself.

    Thanks for all of the responses everyone. I have learned a tremendous amount from this incident. All I need is a company to be willing to give me a second chance.

    No one was hurt/required any medical treatment and our truck was not towed (no other vehicles involved), based on what I have read on these forums, I would say no.

    can try the megas like Swift, they might give you another chance and send you out with a mentor. Swifts training is 240 hours with a mentor so several weeks not 5 days.

    try indeed.com and look in the local papers.local jobs to.as far as mega carriers try us express.j&r schugel is a good place to start too.

    I would try all the mega carriers. Some will be picky, some will not be. Good luck. Glad you are learning lessons.
