Ten minutes early seemed about right. I usually left my room 15 minutes before I was supposed to be somewhere.
And yes, Stan *will* call you out for being late.

Got my PM this morning... also noted that one of my slack adjusters was just hanging there. Evidently the snap ring that hold the assembly together broke, allowing the s-cam tube to come loose. Not much damage, but it did wear the brake drum enough to need that replaced. GRRR!!!
