Put 300 people in a room and ask them. It'll probably be 149-151 in favor of one or the other. It's such a subjective thing you're wasting yer time trying to have other people decide for you

Are you looking ltl or truckload? Our xpo truckload is down in volume like everyone else, we haven't heard much since xpo took over. Lots of uncertainty.

Don't worry about Mountaingote......he's probably tired from all that snow shoveling.

I've worked for both of them, can't say how Conway is now with XPO but for me I would go Conway

    Go to prime.

    There's zero stability
Like 5 ceos in 6 years at Conway.

All of em sucked but Saul.
He ran a good company for one week.

Most of us have bailed on truckload over the past year that posted regularly over the years and all upgraded significantly our situations.

Sounds like a "lesser of 2 evils" question.

Primes got some decent fuel saver bonuses.

You know what you get for slowing down at Conway... A blender.
And a threat of audit from a company full of drivers who don't claim that blender or Conway branded swag.

    So yeah.
    Fuelopps wins with their scam
    Company wins with write offs
    Driver gets screwed!
That was supposed to be the drivers raise but they blew it on a selfish scheme.

    Greedy.

I wonder if there is another field where people ask who they should work for?

Going into Retail, I am thinking about Walmart or Target, which one should I apply to.

I am going g to start a career in Burger Flipping, and I am just wondering which would be a better fit, McDonalds or Wendy's?

    LOL
