If you do go to subPrime please keep your 62mph truck out of the way of those that can run the speed limit, whether it be 65mph or 80mph please stay out of the way.

Well, do you have any preference on the type of driving you want to do?
Or areas you want to drive in?

Is pay a factor? The type of trucks they use? auto/manual?

The speed of the truck or ...lol Lack Thereof (prime trucks are...dialed down)

    Difference in benefits?

    AVG miles?

    Insurance Benefits?

    Per Diem

    Forced Dispatch?

    Vacation/Time off

Where would you be working out of? Maybe one can get you closer to home?

Have you read any reviews on the companies?

    Advancement (regional/local)

And what do people say about the company on these forums--youtube, ask current drivers of theres

If you do all that, and tally up what means most to you, I think you will have no problem making a decision on what company you want to go with.

Prime does have a full court basketball court in the main terminal so that might be the main selling point. I didn't know Truckers played basketball lol

They are both pretty close to me. As far as benefits it's just me getting them and I don't smoke so thats no a issue. I want to do Tanker and I want a regional or dedicated and a lot of people say good things about both companies and some bad. Prime does pay better with tanker and lightweight truck and there is plenty of work for Tanker in the region I live in.

If you want to do tanker, then go with a tanker company. Prime does tanker-- and Henderson doesn't.

Seems pretty cut and dry to me.

If you really want tanker , and you go with prime make sure you wait for a tanker trainer there isn't alot of them ..
You will probably be told hey go do your miles on the reefer side because you will get done quicker and then you can transfer to tanker when you upgrade .. don't believe it because they will make you go through the training process again with a tanker driver before they will let you pull tanks solo

    Don't listen to the haters.
The mass majority are tough guys who will try and talk down to you, but they won't dare say anything to your face. They will hide behind their cb all day.
Honestly I feel they dislike Prime so much because they know that Prime drivers are half their age.
And if someone disrespects or judges someone because they have a different name on the side of their truck, they have deeper issues with themselves and self esteem problems.
