    well, look up your record through your states DMV. if it is still Class A then get the cash together for the physical. you have a month and a half to get it done and filed.

    You have till Jan 30, 2014 to submit your current Fed-Med card to either DMV online (depending on your state), mail a readable copy, or stop in and have them do it in person before your license is downgraded. ALSO...you need to Tier your license too at this time. If you drive you need to tier yourself as level I when you submit a copy of your Fed-Med card. This is for every CDL holder in America. Do it today or face your license being downgraded or loss of the license completely depending on your state. Also....this has been news for nearly a year now....time to come out from the under that rock and start listening to your safety directors warning (verbal and written). This isn't NEW news but old information.

    It was supposed to happen Jan 30, 2012, after a few years of proppsals, etc. then the states cried they were not ready and we were given a two year extension...
