    I get the standard deduction and per diem. Why wouldnt I? Just because Im a business owner doesnt change my tax structure. I still file as an individua not a corporation. My taxes are probably less than yours.

    Ok I see what you are saying. When I had my trucks I had a bigger tax savings when I did a Itimized deduction then a taking a standerd deduction. Plus a lot is your personal situation too.

    I don't get how breakdown pay and vacation pay increase your cpm. Both are paid in lieu of driving.

    Lets see,Memphis,Tn for $1.38 a mile x 720 or Camanche,Ia at $1.98mi x 417? I think I'll take Camanche,Ia for more money Alex ;-)

    Well considering the holiday has this week screwed up Im still gonna clear about $600 on 1300mi. Loading out of Peoria going to Oklahoma for monday now. Payin me $1147,not a bad way to start next week.

    At the end of the year and take all that was paid you by the miles you driven. Base pay $.44 plus all other pays and at the end of the year say total pay comes out to 47 per mile for all miles.
