Quitting one company for another.

I wouldn't try to change your mind for the world, so no advise here.
I will give you something to ponder. Why do you figure that these nice folks will lease purchase a truck to you, instead of just hiring a driver to drive their truck. Is it because they have lots of money and have known you all your life, just trying to help you out,or what.
There is a real answer, just one real answer, it is up to you to ponder on it and come up with it.

Want to avoid getting burned by a lease-purchase agreement?

 

Yeah. I ain't worried about it though. I can just take the lessons I learned here at Western and use them at Henderson. I am used to being nice and polite under all circumstances, good or bad. But then again, until now, I have always had someone to fall back on. Not the case now. I believe I made myself a Patsy with Western. Unless, I start getting brutally honest with them, I will continue to be a Patsy. However, when I start getting brutally honest, I usually turn into Satan himself. Horns and all.

The red flag was for the comment about the referral bonus. I wish I had known before I posted. I wouldn’t have posted.

Hold on now. I didn't say that I was going to do it for sure. Merely just considering it. It may have come across that I was doing it but that isn't the case. I'm just weighing my options on it. I still have some time before I get my orientation setup. That time is enough to figure out which would be better. I will be firguring out how to get all the bonuses I can as a company driver as well as the best way to keep my expenses down as a lease purchase operator. I look at both sides of the issue and each of their pros and cons. Like a lawyer.

 

Yea, me too. Once bonus and lease purchase came out I knew that nothing I could ever say matters lol.

 

I know that is what it was for. I was just saying that I'm not worried about the referral bonus. That's kids play. I'ma make my bonuses where it counts thru my own sweat blood and hard work. I added a little too much to that reply. My apologies.
