i think a few mrs's would be great for just incase of--like in a storm or something--

This. It's really sad the lengths to which most drivers will go just to shave a few minutes off their daily drive. I'd say that this is a good example for why every trucker should have a fridge and microwave in their cab, but I'm afraid that wouldn't solve the underlying issue. We're just all in too big of a rush to eat well.
